DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Safe arrivals, prompt collections.

Arriving

  • Gates open at 07:15
  • Gates stay locked during the school day
  • Please don’t park on the road

Collecting

  • Repeated late collection may require aftercare registration

“Safety begins with awareness, patience and care.”

PARKING & TRAFFIC

Little feet are everywhere.

  • Use the designated parking areas; roadside parking isn’t permitted
  • Drive slowly, and take extra care when reversing
  • Don’t block entrance or exit gates
  • Be patient and courteous with staff and other families

Speeding, unsafe parking, and abusive or disruptive behaviour on school property may lead to a fine of up to R2 000, removal from the premises or referral to the authorities.

COMMUNICATION

Raising a concern.

Email is the preferred way to reach us. Calls go through the school office, and meetings are arranged in advance. Teachers may not reply during teaching hours, but will get back to you as soon as they reasonably can.

  1. Speak to your child’s educator first.
  2. If needed, escalate to the Principal or management team.

Please don’t approach educators during teaching time, arrival or dismissal, or raise school matters on social media. Sensitive information should be sent directly to the relevant office.
