We welcome applications all year, subject to availability. Here’s everything you need to secure a place.
HOW TO APPLY
Five steps to your child's place.

Apply
Complete the application form.
STEP 2
Send documents
Submit the supporting documents listed below.
STEP 3
Placement
Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
STEP 4
Confirmation
Successful applicants receive confirmation from the school.
STEP 5
Secure your place
Pay the non-refundable registration fee and the first month’s fee within 7 days of acceptance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Documents checklist
- Copy of your child's birth certificate or ID
- Parent or guardian ID
- Previous school report
- Transfer card, if applicable
- Immunisation records, if requested
- Signed fee agreement
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Placement is strictly by age.
Toddler / Nursery
Turning 3 by March, or 4 during the year
Grade RR
Turning 5 during the year
Grade R
Turning 6 during the year
Grade 1
Turning 7 during the year, with a Grade R completion certificate
Grades 2–7
Age-appropriate placement
We understand every child’s journey is unique, but exceptions to the age policy can’t be accommodated. Completion of Grade R is compulsory before Grade 1.
ENTRY ASSESSMENTS
Helping each learner start well.
Entering Grade 1
All learners entering Grade 1 complete a school readiness assessment with an Occupational Therapist, so they begin with confidence and support.
Grade 2 and above
A baseline assessment at the start of the academic year helps us understand and support each learner. You’ll be told the dates in advance.
