HOW TO PAY

NMA is a cashless school.

  • Pay by EFT into the correct campus account
  • Use your child’s name and surname as the payment reference
  • Events, books and fundraisers have a separate account
  • Send proof of payment to shawfeeka@nmaschools.co.za
  • Monthly statements are emailed to you
  • A late payment fee may be charged on overdue accounts

Banking details

Account details for each campus are provided in your enrolment pack. For your security, the school does not publish banking details online, and will never change them by email.

THE FINE PRINT

Fee policies

  1. A friendly reminder by phone or SMS
  2. First written reminder
  3. Second written reminder
  4. Final communication, which may include ending enrolment

If you’re struggling financially, please speak to the accounts office early so we can help where possible.

  • Once enrolled, parents are responsible for the full academic year’s fees
  • De-registration needs three months’ written notice
  • Re-applications are only considered when the account is up to date
  • Please sign the fee agreement and return it with the application form

If there’s a national lockdown or similar, learning and academic support continue online and standard school fees still apply.

Both parents keep access to school information and remain jointly responsible for fees and school matters, unless a valid court order says otherwise. The school follows the legal documents provided and can’t mediate in disputes.
