Following his humble educational beginnings at NMA, Hoosein now finds himself completing his Postgraduate Law degree at the University of the Witwatersrand - having already completed an undergraduate triple major in Politics, Philosophy and International Relations. Hoosein credits his respect for every human and ignited ambition to the basic values he was taught as a learner at NMA.

Now a practicing doctor at Tygerberg Hospital, Aqeela is appreciative of the educational grounding she received at NMA, which gave her the foundation to be where she is today.

NMA was an amazing experience, and till today I can remember making friends and playing around. Whether it was dressing up for themes of that week or excursion's to the zoo, I remember it all. I leant to be competitive during sports days with my mother but at the same time I learnt that it is okay to lose and that it is not the end of the world. I learnt to have fun while performing in a concert. It allowed me to build confidence which is evident in my everyday life. Being at NMA taught me how to read Salaah and my everyday duas which I still use. When you are a child you don't realise how much a school teaches you till you look back and think about how much you know and how much time and effort the teachers went through just to get you to know the dua before eating, even the meaning I still say it just like I did when I was 4.

Being in the health science field, I've realized the importance of early childhood development. NMA has given me the tools to sculpt my own future and pursue my dream of becoming a Biokineticist. I have completed my undergrad in BHSc Biokinetics and am I currently doing my Honors in Biokinetics. None of which would've been possible without the strong base of support and education that NMA provides to their students.

I graduated at the end of 2018 with a Business Science degree at the University of Cape Town, specializing in Economics with Law,. I am currently still completing the final couple of years of my LLB before Insha Allah achieving my dream of becoming a lawyer. I cherish and am truly grateful for the memories, skills and values that were instilled in me at a young age at NMA. It was here that I was provided with the foundations for a successful academic as well as Islamic life.
